The Warriors (3-1 overall, 3-1 FVC) were led by Kaylee Ross and Amber Pringle, who each shot 44. Senior Katyln Anderberg shot a 39 to lead Huntley. Prairie Ridge 181, Johnsburg 299: At Chapel Hill in McHenry, Katelyn Horgan shot a 7-over 42 as the Wolves (7-0) won the FVC match. Andrea Lindal and Symone Seyler shot 69 for the Skyhawks (0-5). Jacobs 226, Dundee-Crown 236: At Randall Oaks in West Dundee, Kelsey Woloszyk shot a personal best 16-over 52 to tie for medalist honors and lead the Golden Eagles. Hampshire 201, Rockford Lutheran 227: At The Oak Club of Genoa, Taylor Ellett and Connie Ellett each shot 6-over 43 to take co-medalist honors and lead Hampshire (9-0, 5-0) to a Big Northern Conference win. GIRLS VOLLEYBALL Marian Central 2, Rosary 0: At Aurora, Abby Gilleland led the Hurricanes with 15 assists and five blocks in their 25-21, 25-21 Suburban Christian Conference win. Wauconda 2, Harvard 1: At Harvard, the Hornets (1-2) were led by Ashleigh Fisher’s 14 kills in their 23-25, 25-23, 28-26 non-conference loss. GIRLS TENNIS Prairie Ridge 7, Grayslake Central 0: At Crystal Lake, the Wolves (5-1, 5-0) were led by Hannah Gummerson’s win at No. 1 singles in their FVC victory. Huntley 4, Hampshire 1: At Huntley, Jordan Anderson and Ashley Pietrusiak both won their singles matches for Huntley (3-3) in a non-conference win. Marengo 3, St. Edward 2: At Marengo, the Indians (5-7) swept the doubles matches, including Sarah Olson and Brittany Berrier’s win at No. 1 doubles in their non-conference win. CL Central Quad: Crystal Lake Central went 2-0, defeating Wauconda, 4-1, and Marian Central, 3-2. The Tigers (6-5) were led by Jenna Wallace and Nelle Youel, as each picked up win at No. 1 singles. McHenry (3-4) went 1-1, defeating Wauconda, 3-2, and losing to Marian Central, 3-2. BOYS SOCCER Marengo 1, Wauconda 0: At Marengo, Noah Godfried scored with about five minutes left to give Marengo (3-4) a non-conference win. BOYS GOLF Grayslake Central 154, Jacobs 155: At Randall Oaks in West Dundee, Jacobs’ Scott Cahill shot a 4-under 32 to take medalist honors, but the Rams defeated the Golden Eagles (4-1, 4-1) in their FVC match. McHenry 159, Dundee-Crown 164: At Bonnie Dundee Golf Course in Carpentersville, Willy Stastny shot a 2-over 36 to earn medalist honors and lead McHenry in its FVC win. Marian Central 154, Grant 176: At Woodstock, sophomore Luke Waggoner shot a 1-under-par 35 to lead the Hurricanes to a non-conference victory at Crystal Woods. Evan Mass shot 37 for the Hurricanes (6-1). Richmond-Burton 187, Winnebago 188: At Nippersink in Genoa City, Wis., the Rockets (1-4) earned their first win of the season in the BNC.
