The Trojans’ goalie turned away 28 shots Sunday as C-G defeated BGHW, 2-1, in its Metro Central American Division game.

C-G is eighth in the nine-team division, but the Trojans came up big with two Joe Massaro goals off Thomas Wahl assists.

Rowe also was crucial by saving all but one shot from BGHW, which has players from Buffalo Grove, Hersey and Wheeling.
