Week 7 is full of games that will play a big role in the division's champion.
In the BNC East, Richmond-Burton (4-2 overall, 2-1 BNC East) takes on Burlington Central (5-1 overall, 4-0 BNC East) in the first of two games against BNC East unbeatens.
FVC Fox unbeatens square off in Crystal Lake. Central (5-1 overall, 3-0 FVC Fox) hosts Grayslake North (5-1 overall, 3-0 FVC Fox). The Knights have been a juggernaut offensively and will be a tough test for the Tigers defense.
On Saturday, the two teams atop the FVC Valley meet at Cary-Grove. Upstart Huntley (4-2 overall, 4-0 FVC Valley) has won four straight, but they'll be challenged by undefeated C-G (6-0 overall, 3-0 FVC Valley).
And in the Friday Night Live game, undefeated Marian Central (6-0 overall, 3-0 SCC Blue) takes on three-time defending state champion Montini (5-1 overall, 4-0 SCC Blue). In 2011, the 'Canes won their regular season match-up with the Broncos, but fell short when the two met in the state quarterfinals.
