HARVARD – The Harvard girls basketball team had two players record double-doubles Thursday in its 64-40 nonconference win over South Beloit.
Abby Linhart led the Hornets (7-11) with 26 points and 11 rebounds. Randi Blazier added 20 points and 21 rebounds for Harvard, which outscored the Sobos 18-6 in the first quarter.
Sycamore 53, Marian Central 39: At Sycamore, Shannon Wuensch led the Hurricanes (13-10) with 11 points, with Ellen Koscielniak adding 10 in the nonconference loss.
