FVC announced All-Conference volleyball players

The Fox Valley Conference announced its All-Conference volleyball players on Tuesday.


In the FVC Fox Division, Crystal Lake Central’s Julie Jeziorowski (sr., libero), Amelia Anderson (so., middle hitter), Lindsay Anderson (sr., middle hitter), and Tracy Friel (jr., setter), Prairie Ridge’s Taylor Brauneis (sr., setter), Taylor Humm (jr., outside hitter) and Lexie Weidner (sr., setter), Johnsburg’s Kelsey Nobilio (jr., libero) and Carly Schmitt (jr., outside hitter), Woodstock’s Allison Wynn (sr., outside hitter) and Katie Ruben (jr., middle hittter), Grayslake Central’s Klaudia Basierak (so., middle hitter), Grayslake North’s Sarah Walker (sr., outside hitter) and Woodstock North’s Sarah Diamond (jr., setter), all received the honor.


In the FVC Valley Division, Class 4A state champion Cary-Grove was represented by Abbey Heredia (sr., setter), Kelly Lamberti (jr., outside hitter), Kayla Klinger (sr., outside hitter) and Colleen Smith (jr., setter). Huntley’s Amy Dion (so., libero), Amanda Carroll (sr., setter), and Ashley Smith (so., outside hitter), Crystal Lake South’s Caitlin Schumacher (sr., outside hitter) and Brittany Atkinson (sr., middle hitter), McHenry’s Danielle Tonyan (sr., outside hitter) and Storm Melnick (sr., libero), Dundee-Crown’s Alyssa Sarazine (sr., outside hitter) and Jacobs’ Taylor Lesner (jr., outside hitter) all were honored.
