First place tie in the Valley

Things just got a bit more interestin’ in the FVC Valley Division in girls basketball.

Jacobs hit a last-second shot in Tuesday night’s game against The Grove, and that put the Eagles and the Trojans in a first place tie in the division. The two teams split their two division games, with each winnin’ on their own floor.

The Rant thinks they will be sharin’ the Valley Division title because they should each win their final division game. Jacobs finishes against The Crown and C-G takes on Huntley.

CL Community did what everybody thought they would do at the FVC Wrestling Tournament – dominate! The Tigers won their third straight conference title, earnin’ seven individual championships.

The Rant knows they are hungry for much more, but this is a good start.
