Marian Central football coach Ed Brucker is one of 11 coaches slated for interviews on the IHSA Football Playoff Pairing Show, which will run from 8 to 10 p.m. Saturday.
The show will be shown on Comcast Sports Net Chicago and will reveal the pairings and 256 teams in the playoffs. The Class 8A bracket will be revealed at 8:08 p.m. Saturday.
The show will air live on Comcast Sports Net Chicago from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Brucker's Marian team is 8-0 and ranked No. 1 in Class 5A by The Associated Press.
There also will be several media members interviewed about the eight brackets. Glenbard West coach Chad Hetlet, who formerly coached at Johnsburg and McHenry, also is one of the coaches who will be interviewed.
