The Hornets won seven of their last eight games with the loss coming in the sectional semifinal 1-0.
3 (4) Hampshire
The Whip-Purs finished as co-champs of the Fox Division and won a regional title. They lost to Lakes in the sectional semifinal.
4 (5) Johnsburg
The Skyhawks won nine of their final 10 games. Their season ended after a loss in the regional finals.
5 (10) Jacobs
Jacobs lost in the sectional semifinals to Boylan.
6 (3) Crystal Lake South
The Gators did not end the season the way they would have liked. They lost the division to C-G in the last game of the regular season and then went one-and-done in the playoffs losing to D-C.
7 (6) Dundee-Crown
The Chargers lost to Jacobs in the regional finals.
8 (8) Grayslake Central
The Rams won a regional title beating Marian Central. They lost to Deerfield in the sectional semifinals.
9 (7) McHenry
The Warriors lost their final three games of the season and did not make it past the first game of the playoffs.
10 (9) Marian Central
The Hurricanes lost to Grayslake Central in the regional finals.
