The Wolves are in the semifinals for the third straight season and will need to win at Batavia to reach state.
2 (1) Marian Central
The Hurricanes started well against Montini and then the Broncos took over, scoring 28 points in the second quarter. Wonderful season for the 'Canes and Streveler is back next year.
3 (4) Richmond-Burton
The Rockets scored seven points early and held on for a 7-0 win. They need to win at Stillman Valley to reach the state tournament.
4 (3) Crystal Lake South
The Gators did not score until the fourth quarter and it was just not enough to get past Boylan.
5 (5) Cary-Grove
The Trojans did not make it past the second round after losing to Nazareth 24-0.
6 (6) Jacobs
The Golden Eagles season ended with a shut out loss to Wheaton North.
7 (7) Crystal Lake Central
The Tigers defense played well against the Trojans in their first round loss, but the offense was limited.
8 (8) Woodstock North
At one time the Thunder trailed Montini 21-14 and were in the game and then the Broncos took over ending a fantastic season.
9 (9) Grayslake Central
The Rams lost their opening round game by 13 points and finish 7-3.
10 (10) Harvard
Harvard lost its first round game against Sandwich when there last second field goal attempt was blocked.
 

Tigers take momentum into regionals
